Tyrone was my Personal Trainer for at least 12 weeks. I was nearly 137kg when I met Tyrone, and by the time I had finished my training schedule with Tyrone I was less than 120kg.

The great thing about Tyrone and his training methods with me is he knew that I needed a kick in the backside sometimes. He didn’t care if I was annoyed at him for making me train until I couldn’t move; in fact he liked the concept that I call him names while I was training. Tyrone knew that he hadn’t even scratched the surface of my potential and pushed me to my very limits.

Even after finishing my Personal Training with Tyrone, it doesn’t end there. He does follow ups and he is always available for advice. I’m now under 110kg, I passed all my fitness assessments for the QLD Police Service and I owe a lot of it to Tyrone. He gave me a head start to a newer, healthier, longer life.

Tyler – Skinny Fat

Skinny/Fat is what best described me before beginning my training with Tight Fitness Solutions. When I started I was 19.1% Body fat and weighed only 76kg. Though my metabolism kept me thin my strength and fitness levels left a lot to be desired. With little to no knowledge on gym equipment, training regimes, muscle groups and so on I began my search for a personal trainer.

Tyrone came highly recommended by a few of my fellow workmates and so I sent him an email. I am more than glad I did, he’s invested in me much more than a few hours a week. He’s given me knowledge on just about every aspect of gaining and maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. This advice wasn’t generic; it was only the stuff that mattered to me and my own strengths and weaknesses.

The first fortnight was a shock to the body and my motivation, soon I was burnt out and the self-doubt reared its head. If I was training on my own this would have been the end, back to the easy road. Not really caring enough about myself to put in some hard work and get what I really wanted… an upgrade on my old life. Fortunately Tyrone didn’t let the doubt beat me and I stuck at it, soon enough I began to like the challenge of each new Training program because I could see I was only getting better.

In the photo’s here I am a lean 86.6 kg and only 11.5% body fat, In the time I was training with Tight Fitness Solutions the knowledge given to me I added over 10kg in body weight yet lost just under 8% Body fat.

Another thing that kept me away from the gym were my ideas on the people there. If they were good looking and healthy they naturally had to be arrogant, and would break into laughter whenever I tried an exercise. Boy was I wrong! Not only have I made great friends and met awesome people at Tight Fitness Solutions, I have come to highly value our mutual determination and ability.

So now I’m lean and fit and strong, and not going to stop. Thanks to Ty @ Tight Fitness Solutions.

Mark’s Massive Change

Since I started training with Tyrone in early April of this year, there has been a massive change in almost every aspect of my life and not just what number appears on the scales.

In the beginning I was nearing 100kgs, with a family history of heart disease and diabetes I wanted to make sure I wasn’t next.

I am now (less than 6 months later) sitting under 80kgs.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the motivation and help that Tyrone has provided. From Diet, not just what to eat, how to cook it, when to eat it, to my everyday life, I have a lot more energy from the moment I wake up.

This experience hasn’t just been for the 6 months or so I have been training with Tyrone, but will stay with me for a long time to come.

Get Fit, Reduce Fat

I started training with Tyrone on Jan 13 2010 when I was 96kgs, 100cm around the hips and a 96cm Waistline. My goal at this time was to get fit and reduce fat off my body.

I trained with Tyrone for a period of 8 weeks, in this time I lost over 8 kg’s off the scale, 10 cm off my hips and 12 cm off my waistline. Now I feel very confident and comfortable.

I enjoyed training with Tyrone due to his motivation, support and way of approach. He excited me each and every session with new workouts with surprising results each and every week. For me Tyrone is very good in his knowledge, experience and way of approach and friendly which make the sessions exciting and fun.
