Are you trying to get a peak advantage with your health, weight loss and vitality?
Do you want optimal over average?
Do you want to feel better on daily basis? And help remove fatigue and have more energy?
If the answer is yes, then you need to keep reading because this is going to clear up a lot of misconception about the supplement industry and what are going to be the top 5 supplements that I recommend that everyone should be taking and why.
The supplement industry today is a multi Billion-dollar industry, with companies only having to for fill very lose guidelines to offer products to the public.
Pills, potions, shakes are all advertised to make money and sell you snake oil as a quick fix to your ultimate dreams of becoming healthier, happier and live a full quality skinny life.
I can see why so many people get confused about what to use and why.
So here I want to clarify why if you are not taking supplements you should be.
What supplements I recommend and why.
Today we are seriously battling the worlds eco system, toxic load, pollution population growth are all contributing the worlds ability to produce quality products from the land on which we live in.
Soy, corn, and pollution are severely depicting the soil and water on which we get our nutrition from.
So getting all the necessary nutrients from the food we eat may almost be impossible, and that’s if you are even eating correctly in the first place.
Fast food, convenience and the inability to slow down and prepare our food is slowly slipping away from us. So our bodies are not getting adequate nutrients to support optimal health.
1. A good quality multi vitamin
This is going to be your best investment long term to your health, immune system and over all wellbeing.
A good quality multi vitamin is going to fill in all the missing gaps of a vast range on mineral and nutrients that you might be missing, But not overloading on any one particular nutrient or mineral that can cause mineral toxicity.
A good quality multi is going to contain everything from Vit A all the way through to you B12, 6,9 the list goes on.
Minerals that support the immune system, liver, brain, heart and muscles are all going to benefit from taking a broad spectrum Multi Vit.
Detoxification; the body will roughly detox about 500 chemicals per day.
Multi Vit support Phase 1 pathways of detox In phase 1 detox, your body attaches a nutrient molecule, such as vitamin B2, to all toxins, which then is called a P1 conjugate. The P1 conjugate is not clean and cannot yet be excreted by the body. The P1 conjugate goes to another region of your liver and an amino acid, such as taurine, is attached to it to make a P2 conjugate. The P2 conjugate is excreted from the body through urine, sweat, or feces.
If your diet and nutrition is poor, and you don’t have these minerals in your body, then how can you eliminate toxins correctly?

Zinc has been proven to support the immune system and also raising testosterone and improving poor libido function in males and females
Brain health, Zinc deficiency is also related to poor dopamine production in the brain dopamine is the neuro transmitter elated to concentration, drive and motivation.
Children who took 10mg of zinc per day for 6 weeks improved concentration and reduced ADHD symptoms in learning,

It is recommended that you take up to 5,000 IU of vit D per day or 35,000 IU twice per week, as studies revel that taking larger amounts less often is the most effective to bring blood levels to there optimal.

5. Pro and Pre Biotics
While the general public has long understood probiotics, prebiotics are less known. But there are significant differences between the two, including health benefits.
Most people are now a little more educated on the fact that pro biotic are good for gut flora and healthy digestive system and optimal gut health. With leaky gut, Food intolerances the increase in crones and celiac type symptoms related to foods gut flora is essential to keeping the digestive system and intestinal tract healthy.
Probiotics are live bacteria in yogurt, other dairy products and pills. Doctors often prescribe probiotics to patients on antibiotics in an attempt to combat gastrointestinal side effects of the medication. And while probiotics have been shown effective in managing certain gastrointestinal conditions, they do not have the same power that prebiotics do.
Pre biotics First, they’re delicate — heat and stomach acid can kill them, rendering them ineffective before they’ve even been digested. Also, those who don’t eat dairy foods for taste or dietary reasons may find ingesting adequate amounts of probiotics difficult, if not impossible. Finally, we don’t know which “good” bacteria our unique bodies would benefit from. For some people, a certain good bacterial strain would be helpful. For others, it may not. When we consume probiotics, we’re taking a guess at which bacteria might be helpful and hoping for the best. We’re also hoping the ones that make it past the heat and acid of our stomach will actually go on to provide some health benefits to our system.
Then what is a prebiotic? In short, the prebiotic is a specialized plant fibre that beneficially nourishes the good bacteria already in the large bowel or colon. While probiotics introduce good bacteria into the gut, prebiotics act as a fertilizer for the good bacteria that’s already there. They help your good bacteria grow, improving the good-to-bad bacteria ratio. This ratio has been shown to have a direct correlation to your health and overall wellbeing, from your stomach to your brain.
If you are truly a smart individual you will take both a pre and pro biotic together,
But this is not a common practice.
The importance of optimal gut health:
- Controls what the brain tells us to eat and crave, Unhealthy gut equals unhealthy cravings
- The gut effects out thought patterns and the way we think and process information
- The gut regulates gene expression related to fat gain and muscle growth
- Immune system support
- Inflammation and detoxification support
- Controlled food cravings and sugar cravings
- Increased immune function
- Increased Cell production related to ant aging
